“MEETING AN AUTHOR”
On Thursday May 3, 2001 Albino Bernardini was invited to a meeting at Roviano’s primary and middle schools. The audience consisting of numerous pupils and teachers cheerfully welcome both the writer and his close friend Marcello Argilli, a well-renowned writer for children. The host school children had named the event “a meeting with an author”. It commenced with a deeply passionate lecture given by Marcello Argilli who offered his views of how Albino had carried out his innovative education method. After the end of the lecture, the pupils started to ask Albino many questions, from serious, amusing to quite odd ones about his personal life and his long career as an educator. In the end, both writers joined the school refectory for lunch along with all children and teachers.
